In this episode of the podcast we had Mike Jeffers on again to talk about Herod which was his most sucessful band. Herod was a metal band that took Mike all over the world and had a great variety of band members as well. Living had a few issues and released a compilation in 1993 that included alot of the buffalo scene at the time. We talked to them about the zine and the comp. It was a cool look back at a cool fanzine and a comp!

In this episode Mark went solo and interviewed Lacy from the Jackson, MS band Kicking. Lacy is a Buffalo native who moved to Jackson a few years back and started the band Kicking as well as another band called Clitter Critters. I talked to Lacy about her bands and the shift in culture in going from a city like Buffalo to the deep south. It was a fun chat and both of her bands are dope. Check em out! In this episode of the podcast Mark, Chris and D-Spice talked about the Anti-Matter Comp which came out in the mid 90's. Anti-Matter was a fanzine published by Norman Brannon in the 90's and this compilation also came out in that time frame. It featured many of the popular bands of the 90s and I believe that most were interviewed by Norman in his fanzine. Norman has recently revived Anti Matter on the internet through substack so if you want to see what he is up to follow the link subscribe.
