Nicolae Miu to be sentenced in Apple River stabbing. Duluth settles with couple over alleged police racism

A Minnesota man convicted in the fatal stabbing of a teenager during a tubing trip on Wisconsin’s Apple River faces sentencing Wednesday. And the Duluth City Council has agreed to pay $135,000 to a couple to settle allegations of racism by police.
