Born and raised in New Jersey, Nicky grew up with a background in boxing, strength training, yoga, and music. That combination is evident in her classes where she combines unlikely coupled disciplines like shadow boxing and yoga. 

Her passion for nutrition also helps folks feel their best between classes so they can perform their best at class. With the lights dimmed low, the music up high, and trusting that you really are capable of anything, Nicky wants you to show up, set a goal, and crush it!
