In this episode I was fortunate enough to be able to speak with Stephen Dalton. Stephen has been competing in strongman for 6 years and has been hosting his own events for 2. Along with being heavily involved in the sport Stephen also inspects barrels at one of the largest cooperages in the world. I'm very glad I got to do an episode revolved around strongman and I you enjoy it.

In this episode I had the privilege of sitting down with Austin Mckain who just recently got back from spending five months on the Appalachian Trail. Austin is a very interesting guy who left his job as an account manager for the Boy Scouts of America to hike the trail before returning to pursue his MBA in business analytics. It was beyond enjoyable to have this conversation and I you enjoy it as well.

This episode was by far the wildest episode Jose and I have ever done together, our main topic of discussion being why he left his church after over a decade of being a member. Three weeks after I've uploaded my last episode I'm finally back on my shit. In this episode I go over my fifth anniversary weekend with my wife, my training, and getting to lift with my coach. I didn't upload an episode recently because I felt the episode wouldn't be worth anyone's time. I've got a few things cookin' though. Stay tuned.

I finally got to sit down with Frank after a couple months of trying to set up a date. Frank is a veteran who now does photography for a range of settings. This was a solid conversation with a solid individual.

In this episode I have on my brother Brendon Petsch. Brendon just got out of his Air Force tech training where he learned to maintenance and build communication wires. We talk about his experience in his journey thus far, how he plans to proceed into the future, and, as always, get into strongman discussion. I've been looking forward to this episode for some months now and I'm glad in finally came into reality.

In this episode I have on long time friend Devin Watts. This is an episode I've been wanting to do for a while and I'm happy it finally happened. We discussed music, dealing with rough times, and had a few laughs over some old memories. It was enjoyable to have Devin on and I look forward to future episodes.

In this week's episode I have on a long time friend Antony Ortega. Antony runs his own Tattoo Shop, Vanilla Gorilla here in Clarksville. We get into discussion about changing your mindset, prioritizing your time, and many other things. It was great having him on and I look forward to doing more episodes with him in the future.

After three guest episodes I bust out a quick solo episode and talk about a few new things going on in my life and dream about new strongman equipment.
