  • Going Punk with The Daylight Society
This week I sat down with Daylight Society band members Pat, Dan, and Zack. Daylight Society is punk band based out of State College, PA and have been playing together for 6 months now. I only mention the time they've been together because these guys seriously rock. Their music is brings punk back to the beginning roots with fast music, straight forward lyrics, and strong passion. I couldn't have asked for better guests to host my first multiple guest episode. Each member brings unique insight and influence to the band and I even learned a few things about the genre in the time I had them on. Do yourself a favor and check out their EP on BandCamp and follow their Instagram @daylightsociety.

  • Q&A Episode

In this episode I attempted to gather some questions for a Q&A episode. I only got three questions but it was enough to get through an entire episode. I don't generally enjoy doing solo episodes but I could change for more Q&As. Listen and enjoy.

  • Getting Back in the Game with Nolan Toohey

This week I sat down with my friend and teammate Nolan Toohey. As always when I have a fellow strongman on the sport dominates our conversation. We discussed everything from injury recovery to why we began competing in the sport to begin with. It's always an easy episode when I get to sit down with a friend. Give the episode a listen and let me know what you think.

  • Insect Mother

This week I sat down with Marinea Heindel, also known as @insectmother. Marinea makes jewelry and various displays out of insects. We discussed the process she uses to preserve them, where she finds the insets she uses while living in the city, and the process she uses to form metal to the insects. This was a very unique episode and it was a pleasure to be able to learn new things.

  • Talking Art with Rene Gauthreaux
In this episode I sat down for an hour and a half with Rene Gautreaux who runs the Instagram page @ariside_art. What originally brought me to this page was Rene's comic style journal he uploads everyday. While art was the original focus for this episode we branched out into mental health, techniques for people to use to cope with ADHD, socio-economic issues, and self-image. As always thank you for listening and i hope you enjoy the episode.

  • Kicking Off 2022 With Jordan Syatt

In my first episode of 2022 I was very fortunate to be able to have a chat with Jordan Syatt of Syatt Fitness and the host of the Jordan Syatt Mini Podcast. Words can't describe how surreal it was to be able to talk to one of the most successful fitness podcasters on the planet and it was insane to hear how humble and genuine he was. Jordan is an awesome guy who has achieved so much in life and it was a privilege to be able to talk with him.

  • I Have Not Quit

As the title suggests I have not quit the podcast. I have been purposely laying low so I can figure out how to best brand the podcast and go in full steam ahead for what will be chapter 2. I have some great ideas moving forward so please bear with me during this transition.
