It's getting easier and easier to quit a goal or buy brand new rather than find a work around or fix what you have. We now have a revolving door culture beyond what it means for HR in a workplace setting.

Aug 21 - Knowing your clients well is the key to effectively coaching them. Just as a teacher knows which students need extra help and which students need just simple instruction, knowing when to use honey vs vinegar makes a huge difference in your coaching relationship

Aug 20 - People feel better about dealing with things outside of themselves. After you learn to recognize the lesson itself, the next level is to still recognize the lesson even when it presents itself as a block you created.
