NightSide With Dan Rea

Once again, as we have since December of 2013, we’ll spend the last two hours of my broadcast year profiling many great charities. Some well-known, others less so well-known! But all do wonderful work for many different causes. Perhaps you will learn of a charity for which you might volunteer or one, which you might support financially. These two hours will send all of us off to this Christmas Weekend and Day feeling better about ourselves and people in our community, who are giving back and helping others!

The number of migrants heading toward Massachusetts is growing every week. Shelters are over-crowded and officials are looking for larger spaces to accommodate those without shelter. All of that will come at a great cost! Where will the Commonwealth find the funds to meet this need as more migrants head north in search of a better life?

As the economy rebounds, more and more of us will find ourselves heading to entertainment venues. Tonight at 10PM, we welcome Bill Hanney of the North Shore Music Theatre. Bill will answer your questions about what goes on behind the scenes before the curtains goes up! The performances you attend are planned months in advance.

A contentious year in Washington, D.C. has seen fissures within both parties and a wide divide between and among those representing all of us in Congress.
