U.S. Congresswoman Katherine Clark’s daughter Riley Dowell was arrested over the weekend for allegedly striking a police officer during a protest on the Boston Common. Boston Police reported seeing Dowell tag the bandstand with graffiti that said things like, “NO COP CITY” and “ACAB.” Dan discussed the incident.

The memorial depicts a moment that the couple shared of hugging after Dr. King won the Noble Peace Prize in 64’. A Bolton alpaca farmer is suing the town of Bolton for what is being called home equity theft. While farmer Alan DiPietro found himself in debt after a series of financial hardships, attorney Joshua Polk argues that while government can take property to collect unpaid property taxes it’s unconstitutional to take more than is owed, which is the case here. Attorney Joshua Polk of the Pacific Legal Foundation and farmer Alan DiPietro joined Dan to discuss.

Actor Alec Baldwin has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust. The incident occurred in Oct. of 2021 where Baldwin shot a weapon prop containing a live bullet that hit and fatally wounded the cinematographer. Dan heard listeners thoughts on the charges and incident that occurred back in 2021.
