Everyone, do you like Japanese cuisine? Do you cook Japanese food? I have been living in the UK for a long time. Sometimes, I miss Japanese food. Japanese curry rice, Japanese udon, Japanese rice, rice dishes, okonomiyaki, I make them myself when I feel like it. I buy the ingredients at Asian supermarkets.

After moving to Liverpool, I looked for where Asian supermarkets are. Luckily, there are three Asian supermarkets about a 15-minute walk from our apartment. There, I can buy ingredients for Japanese food. However, unfortunately, these three Asian supermarkets do not have natto. I was troubled. I wanted to eat natto. 'You can make it yourself, Noriko,' someone said. But I find making it myself troublesome. I prefer to buy it. So, I went to another Asian supermarket. I had to drive to that Asian supermarket. It's a bit far.

But, I'm glad I went. They had Japanese natto there. When I first found Japanese natto there, I was so happy, and I bought a lot of natto and went home. Do you have an Asian supermarket in your town? Do you have a Japanese supermarket? Can you buy natto there?

Yes. I love natto. Natto with white rice and miso soup, wow, what a great combination. Yes. I often eat natto. I have natto in my fridge right now. I ate natto yesterday too. It's almost gone, so I'm thinking of going to that Asian supermarket to buy more. That's all for today. See you again."
