"Hello everyone, this is Noriko from Nihongo Storytime. Today, please listen to my story, Noriko's story, again. Do you know the famous Korean snack 'Choco Pie'? Then, please listen.

I am studying Korean. The other day, a small package arrived from Korea. My Korean teacher sent me some Korean snacks. It was Choco Pie. Choco Pie is a snack from Lotte, a famous confectionery company. You can buy it in Japan too. Choco Pie is round. It has marshmallow in between moist cakes. And, the cake is coated with chocolate. In other words, the outermost layer is chocolate, followed by a cake-like dough, and marshmallow in the middle. Of course, it's sweet.

Now, the Choco Pie I received was eaten immediately. I ate it right away with coffee. One was not enough; I wanted to eat more and more.

I like sweet things. I try not to eat too much, but still, I can't stop. I usually eat dark chocolate. When I go to a cafe on weekends, I often eat pancakes. Even when I eat out at a restaurant, I always order dessert. Do you like sweets? What kind of sweets do you like?"
