The concept of this book came to me after many with conversations with friends, family, coworkers, and clients who felt like they had reached a ceiling in their career and/or business. They were frustrated, depressed, angry, confused or sad and felt like they were forced to settle for “the cards they were dealt” because nothing worked. 

 

While coaching these individuals, it saddened me how many were unable to identify their greatness because lacked confidence and feared rejection.
