Bryanna Bradley is a self-described 'cold water mermaid' hailing from Tofino, BC in Canada. Dawning a 5mm wetsuit, she braves cold water to capture female surf photography. She's traveled globally both for fun and work. Her ties to the North Shore of Oahu keep bringing her back. She loves spending time in the ocean and the community that surrounds it. In this podcast, we sit down with Bryanna to hear her story and experiences as a surf photographer. She's about to embark on the PCT or Pacific Crest Trail through California for 5 and a half months two months from the date we recorded this podcast (Feb 20, 2023). We talk about her experiences, preparations, advice, and upcoming adventures.

Christa is an incredible water photographer based on the North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii. Her love of the ocean led her to swim in places other surf photographers don't dare to go. As a swimmer and ocean enthusiast, it makes sense that Christa overcame a lot and endured through it to where she is today. Christa recently swam for water photography during the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Surf Contest at Waimea Bay. The bay was maxing out with closeout sets galore.
