Quincy City Council President Nina Liang explains actions taken at the last council meeting of 2021 including setting the property tax rates and passing a measure that requires signs on new buildings that would help firefighters in the event of an emergency.  Liang also comments on her past 2 years as Council President and her priorities for the next two years.
