It is about the theme of connection to other people, the ancestors and a spiritual connection.

The 4th night of the Raunacht is the night of forgiveness. The symbol of forgiveness is the folded hands.

What does forgiveness mean, who do we want to forgive and why is it often so difficult for us?

The third Raunacht is about self-love. Tonight's symbol is a woman meditating or a heart. How do I see myself? What value do I believe I have? What does self-care mean and can I take good care of myself? What relationship do I have with my body.  These are all tonight's topics. 

The second Raunacht (Rauhnacht) is about guidance, intuition and tranquillity. The symbol of the second Raunacht is the compass and the questions focus on how well we can trust our inner guidance, where we may have blockades. What do coincidences have to do with our inner guidance and how can the inner guidance realign us.

Short story about Modranecht, the Raunächte and how the podcast works.

December 21 Modranecht (Winter Solstice) THis night is dedicated to the female principle. This night is about giving thanks to the mothers, wet nurses, midwives, healers, etc.. Therefore, in the past, gifts were given to mothers on this night.  Usually the Raunächte begin in the night of 24/25 Dec. from midnight, but some celebrate the Raunächte already from Modranecht and end the cycle accordingly earlier. We start the cycle on Dec. 24 and celebrate Modranecht as a preparation.
