Summary: A Catholic priest offers his flock’s frightening, supernatural confessions to a hungry, unknowable beast. He's always hesitated, however, to share his own, until he finds himself relating a little too closely to a frightened young Filipina girl who looks to him for redemption, with the help of his "friend" the Interpreter.

Content Warnings: Abortion and herbal abortifacients, induced miscarriage and menstruation, poverty, child abuse by parents, religious abuse, patricide, matricide, mariticide (mentioned), livestock slaughter (mentioned), and lots of blood. Also Catholicism.
