Episode summary

In episode 207  Marco, Tim, and JB discuss Cisgenderism. Marco has an experience with some gender non conforming individuals and has some questions. Tim details the sexual fetishes of the trans community and we discuss the ufc fights from the previous night. We talk about Gabel stevenson vs Nicky Rod in grappling, tik tok, Alien life, alien technology, and the coming fake alien invasion. We talk about the upcoming espn docuseries about the Gracie family and we answer questions about our favorite decades and which disability we would rather have. 

In episode 206 Marco, Tim, and JB talk about sexually harrassment and assault in bjj. A friend of the show shares his experience from being sexually harrassed in the gym, and we discuss a story of an instructor raping his 13 year old student in a hotel. We talk about what is the best base for mma between bjj, sambo, and wrestling. Marco learns about syphilis transmission at the banya, and we discuss some of the fights from the UFC.

In episode 205  Marco, Tim, and JB talk about what exactly make a gay open mat different from a normal straight open mat. We discuss what makes one gay, one armed fighters, tranny fighters, and we answer questions about dealing with layoffs from the mat and some memorable moments in our martial arts journey. In episode 204 Marco, Tim, and JB talk about getting punched by 8 year olds and having special needs kids in class. We talk about drama on and off the mat. In episode 203 Marco, Tim, and JB talk briefly about ufc fights between Charles Oliviera and Beniel Darius and Amanda nunes winning and retiring. After saying goodbye to Nunes career, we say our goodbyes to Pat Robertson and the Iron Sheik who both died this week. We also talk about the life, death, and writings of Ted Kaczynski and we answer some questions about Loyalty, creonteism, and what does Meregali have to do to move past Roger Gracie as the Gi Goat. We discuss Conor Mcgregor injuring a mascot and in honor of pride month we explore the deep dark ins and outs of homosexuality and Solar energy.

In episode 202  Marco, Tim, and JB randomly discuss topics ranging from hypnotism to Jon Jones vs Tyson Fury and everywhere in between. We talk south philly serial killers, strange emails threatening to kick our asses,  podcast sponsorship, Mark Suckerberg getting choked out in bjj competitions, Jake shields vs 10 transgender men and would we do the same, and we make the case for and against segregation.

In episode 201  Marco, Tim, and JB talk about banya drama and some boxing in the absence of any mma fights. 

We get some nice reviews from listeners and we discuss when a move is considered yours and the best 3 Gi guard players of all time. We answer questions about bjj burnout and getting back on the mat, and whether we would rather be a 5x world champ or a coach that creates a that world champ and also death and how knowing when you die would effect the way you live.

In episode 200 Marco, Tim, and JB celebrate mothers day. Marco ask JB and Tim about what its like to be orphans. We hear a 5 star review for 2/3rds of the show and we talk about some fights none of us watched. We talk about Chael Sonnens attempts to start a youtube feud with Andrew Huberman, We talk life hacks for parking in philly, greeting cards, and eating large amounts of bacon. We debate which is more technical between striking and grappling arts.

In episode 199  Marco, Tim, and JB recap the fights between Muhamed and Burns and the championship fight between Cejudo and Sterling. We talk about Francis Ngannou post UFC possibilities and whether or not he has fumbled the bag.
