On episode 160 Marco, Tim, and JB tell some tales from the banya where Tim meets a Sambo champion and JB recounts how painful the interaction was to watch. Tim gives a review of the new Top Gun Film and goes over some of the highlights from the UFC on espn and what fighters were most impressive. We try to figure out an innovative submission from the PFL and we say goodbye to Tony Siragusa. We answer questions about what non combat sport would prepare someone best for combat sports, what was the best seminar we ever went to and who we would want to have teach a seminar at our schools.

Episode 159 is the Fathers/Juneteenth day extravaganza. Marco, Tim , and Jb talk some of the wild UFC knockouts over the weekend and some post fight controversy and then talk about our dads and things we learned from them as well as Marcos experience being a dad at a phillies game and meeting tastykake executives. We talk about stupid injuries we sustained outside of training. How we would fight a kangaroo and how we would submit them, is jiu jitsu becoming too “jock-ified”, we discuss jiu jitsu self defense, our favorite books, and what's for dinner
