It’s been a HOT minute since I’ve chatted with you guys. Since Ms.Rona dun messed up EVERYTHINGGGGG even the way I do this podcast.

Happy Galentine’s Day AKA Valentine’s Day !

We’re finally in the month of February and I got another dope conversation with the beautiful and super dope Goddess Amin B. On today’s episode, we’ll be talking about Yoga!

Today is Valentine’s Day, and I thought it would be dope to touch on spiritual/mental health and how Yoga plays a part in mending both of those areas especially during this Valentine’s Day season.

For a lot of you guys, Valentine’s day can be a hard day. So instead of us venting about the relationships that failed and hurt us, we’ll be using that same energy to talk about something that can really transform us to be better individuals. <3

Jan 1st is also the day that Illinois legalize marijuana for recreational use. So on today's episode I bring my guy Alex on the show to discuss about his weed dispensary "The Grove". We talk about the transition from being a customer to an entrepreneur within the weed industry.

This is one conversation you don't want to miss!

I also have my good homie Jae Doug who made a FIRE smoker's session mix for all of you who will be lightin' up come Wednesday.

What's good you guys? Again, I'm back with a new episode of "Nino & Friends".

I couldn't leave 2019 without blessing you guys without one more episode of Nino & Friends.

The first episode of this podcast, I recorded it solo and I wanted to do the same thing for the last episode of the year. With this episode, I reflect on my year and how focusing on "Self" helped me and made me a stronger individual.
