  • Ep 56: RECAP - Babyface vs Teddy Riley (IG Producer Battle)
Babyface and Teddy Riley finally faced off for their long awaited producer battle. There were a few technical difficulties; however, I think that may have been due to the near 500k live viewers that showed up to hear the epic battle.  Both producers showcased just how versatile each was.  Between the two, they have produced for the likes of Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Eric Clapton, Toni Braxton, TLC, Usher, Guy, The Deele, Jay Z, Tevin Campbell, and a ton of other stars. Like the other battles, the fans truly won on Monday night.

  • Ep 53: Jerry Jeudy or CeeDee Lamb...Who do You Take in the NFL Draft?
If you are a GM in next week's upcoming draft and were in need of a wide receiver, who would you select if both Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb were still on the board?  On one hand, Jeudy is an amazing route runner with deceptive speed.  On the other hand, Lamb is a quick twitch player that is an amazing talent with the ball in his hands.  If both were available, and you were the GM for a team on the clock, who would you select?

  • Ep 52: How NBA and NFL G.O.A.T.S. are Affected by COVID-19 + Ja Rule Challenges 50 Cent to a "hit-for-hit" IG Battle
The Coronavirus has affected millions America lives.  Not only has it infected over 500,000 people and caused over 22,000 deaths; it has also affected the many family and friends of each individual who has been diagnosed with it.  On an entertainment level, it has taken away the NBA season in its entirety, as well as potentially delay the upcoming NCAA and NFL football seasons.  @NinosCorner digs deep into how COVID-19 affects two Sports greats, Lebron James and Tom Brady, with Lebron's current season and Brady's upcoming season.  Now, switching to music, NinosCorner speaks on a recent Instagram live conversation between Fat Joe and Swizz Beats, where famed rapper, Ja Rule called to join the conversation through speaker phone.  Rule states that he wants to have a "hit-for-hit" battle with his arch nemesis 50 cent.  Although I do not think 50 will take the challenge, it would be a very interesting battle, especially considering the past these two artists have had.

  • Ep 50: RZA vs DJ Premier on Instagram Live (Producer Battle Recap)

This past Saturday, RZA and DJ Premier had one of the most epic producer battles we have all witnessed.  The two Hall of Fame producers were set to just do 20 tracks and end the session; however, they couldn't hold back.  Both did at least 25 songs apiece.  I couldn't keep count.  I was in true fan-mode and really enjoyed the show.  Who won the battle?  The answer is clear...Hip-Hop won on Saturday night.  Hip-Hop, in its truest form, is raw, unfiltered, and imperfect.  Preemo and RZA reminded us of that.  Some of their greatest hits weren't perfect productions through-and-through, but they were perfect for Hip-Hop.  They were moments in the culture that changed the trajectory of the craft.  Hip-Hop, the Fans, and the Culture won on Saturday night!  I LOVE U HIP-HOP

  • Ep 49: Don't Go to Church...at Least for Now

With it being Easter Sunday, many of us are programmed to attend a church service, at a minimum, on this day, every year.  @NinosCorner urges you to NOT go to church today.  Watch church from home through Facebook Live or a programmed previously recorded church service.  You do NOT have to physically be in the building to worship.  You can absolutely have church in your own home.

  • Ep 48: Why are there Still 8 States that are not Enforcing "Stay at Home" Orders

In today's episode, @NinosCorner urges the last 8 remaining states without a Governor issued quarantine to initiate a "Stay at Home" order.  Nino also discusses the near 17 million unemployment claims since the start of the pandemic.  He also goes on to urge families who are still able to work from home, to think about those workers that serve us everyday who are not able to work during this pandemic.  Think about your barbers, salon workers, nail techs, and your favorite waiter/waitress.  If you're able, CashApp them some funds to help them stay afloat as well, since their jobs are completely dependent on customer interaction.

Today, I had to give you guys two episodes.  This Saturday, April 11 at 9PM EST, DJ Premier and RZA will have one of the producer battle for the ages.  This battle seems to be a perfect fit.  Gang Starr and Wu-Tang vibes in the same battle?  Sign me up.  I must admit, I'm a little biased...I love RZA beats, but Primo is that "guy" also.  I can't wait to hear this battle.
