We wish all of our listeners a Merry Christmas. This week Ryan and Jacob share their wish lists for Christmas, and then jump straight into some timeless meaningful memories of getting a Nintendo item for Christmas and what it meant to them! We hope you enjoy our stories this week. They truly are real special to us, and we are more than glad to share them with you.

rrr! It's starting to get cold outside! When it gets cold, closer to Christmas and the new year our minds get reminded of a bunch of past gaming experience we have! This week on Nintendo Nostalgia, Jacob and Ryan talk about the release date and delay of the Nintendo version of Yooka-Laylee, the Nintendo Switch official time and date for a live press conference, and seeing if we are one of the lucky ones who could be selected to go test out the Nintendo Switch live! So bundle up next to a fire and drink some hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water if you like your water hot, and enjoy Episode 8!

This week on Nintendo Nostalgia we cover Metroid 2: Return of Samus! This game here was the second game in the series and made its grand entrance on the first Gray Block Game Boy! Metroid 2 is sort of the black sheep of the Metroid Franchise for how different the entire game is compared to the rest of the franchise. Join Jacob and Ryan as we discuss how this game is as a whole. It may be different then the other Metroid games but it certainly is a gem, and a huge part of the Metroid story that without this game we would not have a story for the FANTASTIC! SUPER METROID!
