We wish all of our listeners a Merry Christmas. This week Ryan and Jacob share their wish lists for Christmas, and then jump straight into some timeless meaningful memories of getting a Nintendo item for Christmas and what it meant to them! rrr! It's starting to get cold outside! When it gets cold, closer to Christmas and the new year our minds get reminded of a bunch of past gaming experience we have! This week on Nintendo Nostalgia, Jacob and Ryan talk about the release date and delay of the Nintendo version of Yooka-Laylee, the Nintendo Switch official time and date for a live press conference, and seeing if we are one of the lucky ones who could be selected to go test out the Nintendo Switch live! Here we come with a MEGA SIZED episode for you all! We are wasting no time today on this one simply because the episode is packed with our SMASH BROS thoughts. We felt that last weeks SMASH Direct was to big to not talk about so we go over our thoughts and reactions from the direct. Then we get into the main topic all about Megaman. This Megaman 101 class is led by two very important men of God who have the love and knowledge needed to bring a passionate love for Meagan. Returning guest Marty Estes joins our part time co host Tom in telling us why we should love Megaman, and their original reasons of why how they fell in love with the blue boy wonder. COWABUNGA!!!! Welcome back to Nintendo Nostalgia! We are super stoked to be back after missing last week we have just felt empty inside! We have come back not just playing with power but, we have come back playing with TURTLE POWER! Before the topic though we jump right into talks about what we have been Radical Rexing About! Mainly we focus on (at the time before the SMASH Direct) what we hoped would happen. Were we right about our hopes and guesses? Just listen and find out! Then a fellow brother from our "Make Us Better" group Jason Lacy joins us this week, to talk about TMNT: Turtles In Time for the SNES! This game took the turtles out of the 8 bit era and into the 16 bit. It wasn't super long of a game, but it packed a punch! We talk about how this originally was an arcade game and what our initial memories and experience with it were. It definitely is a classic and we hope you have a SHELL OF A TIME listening to it. We will be back next week with a 101 education on someone MEGA! See yah then!

Hello welcome back! This week we waste no time getting into what we have been Radical Rexing about! Mainly what we have been playing as of late and Jacobs thoughts on Octopath Traveler so far. We then get into the topic of the week! Chris leads the charge on talking about The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. We dive into the music, the differences of this Zelda games story versus others in the series, and of course our own NOS for the game. We look at the music, and how it was a key standout once again. The sound chip of the GBA really made this games music stand out. We also talk about if Nintendo will revisit the main baddie of this game Vaati. We have one more week of dedicated Game Boy month! I wonder what next weeks topic is about. It might be an advance topic so be ready!
