Nintendo Voice Chat

Live A Live makes its way to us for the first time in glorious HD2D this week and Nintendo is at San Diego Comic Con (sort of). Plus, Super Mario Strikers gets a content update, but will it be enough to pull fans back to the stadium? Finally, a ton of retro game praise and discussion. Join Rebekah Valentine, Peer Schneider, Samuel Claiborn, and Casey DeFreitas this week on Nintendo Voice Chat for hands-on impressions of Live-a-Live and a deep-dive into the now especially robust Nintendo Switch Online library.

It's official: E3 2023 is a thing, a thing which is going to happen in the second week of June next year. This is tremendously exciting news, but it's so far away, so we also talk about more recent news. For example, Live A Live preview embargoes have lifted, there's rumors of a new Nintendo Direct (evergreen statement), and we talk about why the GameCube's colorful shell makes it worthy of our love.

Join Peer Schneider, Kat Bailey, Brian Altano, and Seth Macy, four radical post-teens, for this week's Nintendo Voice Chat as we talk Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, which is just the best possible game going right now. We also discuss the Fire Emblem leak, Persona coming to Switch (actually, not coming to Switch) and we learn about a game called Monkey Donkey, which is a rip-off of a Nintendo property from back in the days before Nintendo was able to stop such blatant copying. Seriously, it's the same game, but with gross colors.
