  1. Number 1: Ashley's Back!

After welcoming baby number four, Ashley reveals what life has really been like since giving birth. From sleepless nights to the moment she decided she was ready to leave the baby behind and go to Ibiza… just seven weeks after giving birth. And when Ashley got to Ibiza, things got VERY interesting. There’s a boat, champagne, a group of girls who refuse to stay in bed and somehow David Beckham made an appearance... Plus, the girls get stuck chat whether celebs be allowed to sell their clothes on Vinted. Is it just recycling your wardrobe, or does it look a bit different when you're already loaded? And what about selling things you've been gifted? And finally… ROLLERS AT THE AIRPORT. Should you be allowed into an airport lounge wearing them? 2. Number 2: Christening To Twisted Firestarter

This week, Ashley’s deep in christening prep. From outfit dilemmas and godparent duties to the vicar grilling the chosen few before the big day. Meanwhile, Producer Lucas is preparing for quite the change of scenery, going straight from holy water and hymns to seeing The Prodigy live. Christening to Twisted Firestarter… Lauren also shares possibly one of her most unhinged stories yet after a desperate attempt to retrieve her vape ends with her inside a wheelie bin and it only gets worse. Ashley's got the update you've all been asking for on her postpartum piles, there's vagina chat and a debate over the important questions: when a relationship ends, how quickly should you delete your ex from Instagram and is 385 blocked accounts excessive? Things take a more serious turn as the girls have an open conversation about postpartum depression, the pressures women can face after having a baby and the Lindsay Clancy case, as well as the importance of talking honestly about the darker side of motherhood. Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of postpartum depression, postpartum psychosis, suicide and harm to children. 3. Number 3: Why Women Don’t Come Forward

In this powerful and deeply important episode of Nip Tuck, Lauren is joined by Loyce, who bravely opens up about her experience of reporting a sexual assault, going through the criminal justice system and everything that followed. Loyce shares her story, from the events of the night itself and the gaps in her memory, to the investigation, the evidence, being cross-examined in court and the devastating reality of receiving a not-guilty verdict. But this conversation is about so much more than the case. Loyce talks candidly about the backlash she faced after sharing her story publicly, being called a liar and watching people form their own opinions without understanding what happens inside a courtroom. Lauren and Loyce also discuss the damaging idea of the ‘perfect victim’, why women can feel afraid to come forward, how quickly a survivor’s character can be questioned, and the impact that online judgement can have on someone who is already dealing with trauma. Most importantly, Loyce talks about finding strength after an experience that could have broken her and why she chose to speak out anyway. She shares a message of hope for anyone who may have experienced something similar: that with the right support, it is possible to heal, to keep going and to experience joy again. A difficult but incredibly important conversation about consent, courage, trauma, the justice system and what happens when you choose to speak your truth. Please note: this episode contains discussions of rape, sexual assault, drink spiking, trauma and the criminal justice process. 4. Number 4: Two Lauren's Don't Make A Right

This week, Lauren is joined by influencer Lauren Causer for a brutally honest conversation about life after heartbreak. After years of betrayal, cancelled wedding plans and raising two young boys through repeated infidelity, Lauren shares the moment she finally walked away and how she rebuilt her life from the ground up. The girls chat single motherhood, co-parenting, dating again, blending families, protecting yourself financially, and why leaving isn't the end... it's often the beginning. If you've ever questioned your relationship, survived heartbreak, or needed reminding of your own strength, this episode is for you. 5. Number 5: PE Kits In Primary School

Ashley’s had a rather dramatic fall and is lucky to still have her teeth, so naturally the girls start comparing their best (and most embarrassing) trips and falls before somehow ending up reminiscing about doing PE at school. Turns out Ashley's school had a very different uniform policy to Lauren's... There’s also a genuinely useful lesson in how to take a decent Instagram picture, including the iPhone settings you need to change, where the camera should actually be positioned and the posing tricks that make far more difference than they probably should. The girls then get into Meta glasses and the increasingly terrifying possibility that someone could be filming you without you having a clue. Something Ashley and Lauren have unfortunately experienced first-hand. And after a slight detour into the alleged bedroom habits of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Moss’ infamous 30th birthday, the girls reminisce their own partying days. Lauren's will probably be of no surprise. There's also a bizarre story about one of the girls friend who refused to let a heart monitor ruin her night out, What We Bought This Week and a Zara Kids hack that could save you a small fortune.
