In this weeks episode Nitzelle dives into her trauma with friendships and how they ended. She also discusses the red flags of friendships that some of you left on her Instagram story and how they’ve played a part in her own personal experiences.

In todays episode Nitzelle discusses how her love life has changed, her self love discovery and what she is looking for in a partner. She also runs off topic with other things but you know what’s new.

As much as Nitzelle loves to preach about positivity she is human and no one can be a happy positive person 24/7. In this episode it’s all discusses things that she’s been hating recently & that have just been bothering her.

After a break Nitzelle is back and better than ever to give you Season 2 of Nitz @ Nite. While she had some time to focus on herself she was working on how to make a come back on the podcast. In this episode she tells what she’s been doing where she’s been and how she is. She also talks about her New Years resolutions and Vision boards.

In the final episode of Nitz @ Nite, Nitzelle discusses where she’s been the passed couple weeks and why she went MIA. She talks about her mental health and how important it is to give yourself a break when you need it and, Just because you give yourself a break doesn’t mean it’ll slow you down but it will help you in the long run. She tells us that during her break from the podcast she is prioritizing her mental health as well as focusing on other areas of her life. Season 2 of Nitz @ Nite will be coming out soon!!

In this episode Nitzelle discusses her first ever relationship, the breakup and a bit about her self love discovery. She also tells how now she is at a point where she thinks she’s ready for a relationship… kind of.

Sometimes life gets in the way. You might have noticed Nitzelle took a break from recording new episodes for Nitz @ Nite. For a while she was feeling a lack of creativity and uninspired. Nitzelle has also endured some obstacles in her life and in this episode she gets personal and tells what’s been going on.

It’s been instilled in us to naturally care about what other people think. What they don’t tell you is how much you should break away from that. In this weeks episode Nitzelle breaks down on what has helped her achieve her IDGAF mindset and what it means to not give a fuck.

Nitzelle brings on a special guest Jacquelyn LeCouve. Jacquelyn and Nitzelle have been in each other’s lives since they were in 2nd grade but became close when they got into high school. In this episode they talk about their friendship, share funny memories and how much they’ve grown since high school. They touched on how they keep their long distance friendship since jacquelyn has moved to Florida. Nitzelle questions Jacquelyn about her glow up with her new lifestyle, fashion and how moving across the country has changed her. Jacquelyn continues on to discuss her journey through her adult life.
