Often times it can get hard to speak up about things and stand up for yourself. This is something that Nitzelle has not had the biggest struggle with. In this episode she gives those advice who have trouble with standing up for themselves and tips on how to overcome it and become a more confrontational person. She also describes the type of person she is when she finds herself in a situation that upsets her, how she handles it and the different types of people there is. Nitzelle also catches you up on where she was last week what she has been up to her new posting schedule for the podcast and future projects like her YouTube that she will start uploading more videos to.
