In this episode I talk about how I’ve managed to make working out fun and stay committed.

In this episode I share with you how i learned to forgive people in my past an heal. I don’t go into as much detail only because I’m starting out and still figuring this out. I share a little bit of myself and in the next episode I will focus more on the details of forgiveness.

In this episode I discuss how admitting to myself that I don’t know anything helped me learn and changed my mind set to be more open to growing and being a better me.

So I’m cleaning the house while listening to a podcast and I think okay I can totally have a podcast. And so I decided to record one.
