We talk a lot about how particularly as former athletes, as we reach adult life, there are not as many goals and challenges that we are faced with and ho important it is to make a point of seeking those things.
Not only are physical and athletic goals a great way to stay in shape, but the positive externalities on those around us as well as in other areas of our lives are apparent and are as much of a reason as any to get things on the calendar.
Lastly, we discuss the power of consistency and how it is crucial to anything in life. Be it fitness, relationships, business, or anything else, finding consistency is crucial to progress and physical goals are a great way to practice this skill.
