That includes a statewide campaign to remove police from traffic stops as well as the recent transition in Oakland to remove police from dealing with abandoned vehicles. We’re joined by James Burch, Policy Director for the Anti Police-Terror Project, an organization that seeks to end police violence in Black and Brown communities.
