  • Why can’t black folk work together?
Studies say that the average lifespan of the dollar is approximately 28 days in Asian communities, 19 days in Jewish communities, 17 days in white communities — and just six hours in Black communities. Why does the dollar only circulate for 6 hours in the black community? What are some steps we can take to start changing this stigma and the statistics?
From our experience we do know some of our people in the black community can be their own worst enemy at times, but our mission is to try to change the past, present and future generations!!
Is it a stigma or is it a reality that the black community can’t work together?

  • Challenging your prospectives on modern Feminism.
Feminism is the advocacy of women’s rights on the ground of the belief in the social, economic, and political equality of sexes.
The belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.
The doctrine advocating social, political and all other rights of women equal to those of men.
We believes today’s society has changed the true definition of feminism. From our experience we have noticed feminism has become much more about hating men then empowering women. We advocate for women to be treated equal in certain areas, but we do not support feminist that tear down or bully men. This episode we are challenging your prospectives on feminism and it’s meaning. Does modern feminism look different now than when it first started?

  • Abuse of f**king power! Now Tyre Nichol when does it stop!
Police brutality is a civil rights violation that occurs when a police officer inflicts excessive and, sometimes unnecessary, force upon a civilian. It is a continuous act that unfortunately continues to strike in minority communities. Many African Americans, such as George Floyd, Trevon Martin, Breonna Taylor, and Tyre Nichol, have been killed due to police brutality. This type of brutality continues to target African Americans without justice served. It is time to educate ourselves and come together to stop the attack on African Americans because nothing else is working. Blacks are being shot down in the streets by police officers every month, which is unacceptable and has to stop. Aren't you all tired of turning on the news and hearing another one of our brothers and/or sisters has lost their life due to police brutality? We decided to share our experiences with police brutality and discuss solutions for police brutality and other unlawful actions. Follow us on IG @nocuffsnochains

  • Stop blaming everyone else and start holding yourself accountable!!
Accountability, both from within and externally, is an important skill in achieving one’s goals. The word accountability is usually avoided because it’s not something that is taught at an early age.
So in this episode, we talked about it because we believe more of us need to start holding ourselves, and others, accountable for our actions. because where there is no accountability there will also be no responsibility. Follow us on Instagram @nocuffsnochains

  • What does loyalty mean to you?
“Loyalty: a strong feeling of support or allegiance to something”
Have you ever been loyal to someone or something and the loyalty wasn’t reciprocated? It’s a big key to relationships, but how can you be loyal to anything if you aren’t loyal to yourself? Even in our community, we’re unloyal to each other. Do we have to build trust with our community to be loyal to one another? (We discuss this topic in our new podcast !)
We want to give a special shout-out to Style and Brill for joining us and discussing this topic.
