  • Relationships: Sharing our experiences and truths.
No Cuffs No Chains X Kennel talk came together to discuss the topic relationships and dating in today’s society. A special shout out to Cadet his Instagram name is @cadet_365 the host of Kennel Talk podcast. We talked about relationships from a mans prospective. We were open and transparent about a few problems we have faced in our passed relationship. Growing up we didn’t have anyone to talk to us about the right and wrong ways to handle problems that will come up in relationships. That didn’t stop us from holding ourselves accountable and taking the time to seek help from a licensed therapist because we felt we where unbalanced in our passed relationships. We are sharing our own experience and truth in this episode. Have you took the time to learn yourself before you entered into a relationship? Have you took the time to deal with the problems in your relationship? Have you ever had a problem with committing to one individual? Well you aren’t alone, we have been there. There is a war going on between sex’s (male and female), and we discussed a few ways on how we can stop this war, so we can have more successful relationships and marriages in the future. Follow us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok @nocuffsnochains. Shout to Cadet and his Fiancé, they will be getting married soon. We respect all! It doesn’t matter what sex you are attracted too we all can use a little help navigating through relationships.

  • It’s time to start lifting each other up and stop tearing each other down (Responds Kwame Brown)
It’s time to start lifting our people up. We took the time to talk about the conflict that’s taking place between Kwame Brown and All the Smoke Podcast. We took the time to give our honest opinion about the conflict that’s taking place between our black brothers. We also gave a few solution to the situation. The conflict that’s going on between them is something we see a lot with in the black communities and it needs to STOP! It’s ok that we joke on each other sometimes, but when you start attacking someone’s character publicly that’s a problem. How can we stop the negative back and forth between our people and other cultures?
