I have been messing with Cassie, my unofficial co-host, Robin to my Stern, since episode one and today I bring you the unprecedented. 

She let me mic her up.

Been begging for years, and she finally let me do it. Cassie speaks! On a serious note, I always wanted her on the podcast with me, but she suffers from severe anxiety. I did not want to push her into it. Just her saying yes and giving us what she gave us on this little bonus episode is an example of how brave a person she is. I have had guests who did not suffer from clinical anxiety and they were more nervous about speaking into a microphone than she was. You think its easy until you have that grill right in your face. Some days, it feels less like a mic and more like the barrel of a gun. She is a badass for giving us this blurb and to me, is an example to people suffering from clinical anxiety. You can do it all. Cass is a badass. And you can be too.
