The Black community needs friction and sparks to start a fire in the black community. All this is necessary to ignite change. Dr. Ken Harris breaks down why he believes a little disagreeing, emphasis on education and building a workforce in the black community is the only way to break the cycle and change the direction we are going as a black community.

The city of Milwaukee has a pension problem with no real solution in sight. The cities reserve fund is draining and stands at 42 million dollars currently which is over 60 million short of what they need to successfully payout. How will this affect the people.
