Tequila Sunrise (1930s)

2 oz Tequila

1/2 oz Creme de Cassis

1/2 oz Grenadine

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

Sparkling Mineral Water

Add ingredients to a Collins glass over ice, add the Grenadine and Cassis last so they sink to the bottom, top up with soda water, garnish with a Lime Wheel.

Tequila Sunrise (1970s)

1 1/2 oz Tequila

1/2 oz Grenadine

Fresh Orange Juice

Add the Tequila and Orange Juice to a Collins glass over ice, add the Grenadine slowly so it sinks to the bottom, garnish with an Orange Wheel and a Cherry.

1 Barspoon Fresh Lime Juice

1 Barspoon Maraschino Liqueur

1 Barspoon Anise Liqueur

1 Barspoon Simple Syrup

Stir all ingredients with ice to chill and dilute, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a Star Anise.

3/4 oz Becherovka

1/4 oz Maple Syrup

1 dash Angostura Bitters

1 dash Orange Bitters

Briefly stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass to chill and dilute, then strain into a Cinnamon Smoked Double Old Fashioned Glass, over a large piece of ice, and garnish with an Expressed Twist of Lemon and a piece of Candied Ginger.

1 1/2 oz Skittle Infused Sake*

1 oz Ginger Liqueur

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a gummy octopus.

*Add 30 Skittles to 8 oz of Sake, let sit, stirring occasionally until the Skittles have been dissolved, then filter through a coffee filter to clarify (don't skip this part or your infusion will have a film of candy wax on top).

3/4 oz Malibu Coconut Rum

3/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

3/4 oz Kahlua

3/4 oz Banana Liqueur

At least 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Ice Cream

Half a banana

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Coconut Cream

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an ice filled highball glass or Tiki mug, garnish with grated nutmeg, pineapple leaves and a cinnamon stick

Shake or blend all ingredients with ice, serve in a space vessel of your choosing garnished with a cherry in a lemon ring. 

The Moonwalk

1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1 oz Grand Marnier

3 Drops Rosewater

Champagne/Prosecco/Sparkling Wine

Add all ingredients except for the champagne to a cocktail shaker with a little ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe. Top up with champagne and serve.
