Bill explains locker room etiquette through some personal stories, and Bayn orders the most basic dish from Mama Marianna's. 

Bill tells the people what you should put in your gear bag, Bayn has something to say about most of it, and Kevin gets the food as usual. 

Bill is recorded by Kevin saying derogatory things about him. Bill is forced to bribe him to not tell Trisha about it. Bayn has to listen to Bill give more Pro Wrestling advice.  

After a MASSIVE victory at PHPW Boss Fight, Bayn is forced to come back to No Holds Barred. Bill wants to get back to the root of what this show was about.
