This is quite a long episode about me in my journey. Everyone has a story, and every story can inspire people. I hope my story may inspire at least one person, so please bear with the length of this. I want to give hope, inspiration and the motivation to get started. It’s never too late.

Listen to yourself… How do you talk to yourself? Would you speak to your five-year-old, or the one you love the most, with the words you say to yourself? Would you call your child or your husband useless, or stupid or clumsy? We are often our own harshest critic. Stop, be kind to yourself!

It may not be quite right, but it’s true… First impressions are everything. Your character will only come through after a while, the first thing people see is your face. Even with a disability, you still owe it to yourself to look your best. Whether you are just going for an interview or running your own business, you are your own brand.

Goals are so important in life. Smaller goals are stepping stones that help you to not lose sight of the bigger goals. Self believe is everything.
