This week I want to talk to you about manuals we have for EVERYTHING in our lives and how not to use them against ourselves, especially on a career change journey. Not being familiar with this concept has ruined many career change attempts. 

Manuals are these invisible, unwritten set of rules we might have adopted throughout the course of life - by symbiosis, being exposed to our caregivers growing up, observing our environment and following the powerful pulls from social conditioning bestowed upon us. 

When our relationships or processes don’t meet the rules outlined in these mysterious elusive manuals, we get upset, frustrated but, mostly, we think something has gone wrong and we need to abandon ship.

That is not the case in career change journey and in this episode I explain exactly WHY and how to drop your manuals and drop into self-trust.
