It's not always easy to let go of that fear, but I promise you you're not alone. And the first step is awareness. Where are you looking for approval from others, and how is it holding you back?

You can enjoy the journey + end the cycle of self-abandonment in the name of trying to gain approval from others and trying to keep them happy! You're going to be judged either way so you may as well do what feels right for you.
