The first Church in history found in Acts 2 was Pentecostal. There was no alternative or ‘Plan B’, and you couldn’t leave to be in a ‘non-Pentecostal’ church. Pentecostalism is not the fringe but the New Testament pattern of Christianity. Neither is it a denomination nor a doctrinal position. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is an experience with God intended for every believer. May we never drift away from our Pentecostal roots!
