The Israelites had just been delivered from the hand of Pharaoh and were freed from their bondage. They were promised to possess a land that flowed with milk and honey and that God would go before them and fight their battles for them. Having all of these promises, they failed to enter into the land of promise. There were three things that they did to keep them from enjoying the land of peace and promise and those same three things will keep many from enjoying God's peace for their lives.

God seeks to bless individuals and there are characteristics that will be seen in these individuals. God is seeking individuals that are willing to trust Him and demonstrate the goodness of God thought their lives, longing and lips.

There are times that we spend much of our time and effort in continually regretting certain acts, offenses or missed opportunities that come into our life. God wants us to recover from regret and move onto victory. The main thing is to go and find David and serve the true king and build his kingdom.
