No Objective Gaming

Welcome back to another episode of No Objective Gaming! This week Aaron and Jordan review one of the most acclaimed games of the decade: Hotline Miami! We go through the gameplay, graphics and the soundtrack (oh yes... THAT soundtrack) to give the most precise review from a couple of casual gamers that we can! After the hours put into this game, swearing and howling at the computer in frustration, we give our final grade on the infamous Hotline Miami! 

We also discuss our impressions of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Horizon Zero Dawn, both incredibly well received by critics and gamers alike! We talk about the week in gaming news, including the Borderlands 3 tech demo that was just released! 

We fill you in on all our streaming fun with Total War: Warhammer, Alien: Isolation and more!

On this week’s episode Aaron and Jordan, along with special guest Shane, discuss the ever-growing range of HD remasters. Are there too many? Do we need more? Should we just shut up and stop complaining?! We delve into our HD remaster purchases and our opinions on which games we thought were simply cash grabs and which were a sought after addition to people’s collection. We also talk about the nostalgia aspect of HD editions that may, eventually, wear itself out! Aaron and Jordan return from a short break to discuss their opinions of Half-Life 2 and whether or not it’s really all it’s cracked up to be. Their in-depth review covers all aspects of the epic title that tentatively holds the title “Best Game of All Time”. They discuss the news of the past week, including the release of Nioh, the challenging edition to library of any gamer worth their salt (not us, we suck!) They also discuss RTX Sydney 2017 and all the Nintendo Switch previews that were available to play.
