No Regrets with Aniya Das

On the mic this week is art's producer and founder of CamiCrafts workshops, Cami Lesforis! In this episode we talk all about the sometimes-not-very-nice experience of being a woman in the gym. We talk about how things could improve as well as reflecting on the wonderful progress that's already been made!

Make sure to follow @camicrafts to find out about her upcoming workshops!

In this episode I have the pleasure of speaking to Matt Butler, an Academic Clinical Fellow in Psychiatry (don't worry, he explains what that means in the pod!) We talk all things mental health from the perspective of a mental health professional as well as your average Joe Bloggs. Are corporations cashing in on people's problems? Is 'crazy' a bad word? Was Freud a goodie or a baddie? And what IS up with Donald Trump? Listen now to find out!

This week on the podcast I speak to film nerd and photographer Catherine Bridgman. We talk about the realities of growing up with a parent with an addiction, pre-teen friendship, and remembering to let the good stuff in!

Happy New Year everyone! I welcome in the new year with musician, dancer and (as of recently) parkourist Adam Stapleton aka Aurua! We get super deep in this one and discuss everything from homelessness to systems of thought (yup!)

You can find him on his music page @aurua_music, and please follow his incredible new movement the @climatechallenge2020 !

SURPRISE! For Christmas you get a new episode a day early! Our Christmas Special is an ode to the NHS, and to all of the doctors, nurses, HCAs, porters and cleaners working hard over the festive period to keep us safe! As such, my guest this week is Robbie Hammond, a junior doctor working at Charing Cross Hospital. He'll be working a 13 hour shift on the big day so wishing him a very merry crimbo on the ward!

This week I have the insanely talent singer-songwriter Neev on the show! We discuss one of her early gigs, where she has a bit of a nasty encounter...

Follow her socials @neevmusic and find out where you can see her live! Her two singles Burning to Dust and Across the Glass are out on all your favourite streaming services NOW!

Music at the end of this episode by Neev

For my second episode I speak to home chef and supper club host Sohini Banerjee. We talk about defying the traditions of a middle class Bengali upbringing, paving your own path and painting with food!

Follow her on instagram to find out more about her supper club @smokeandlime_

Joining me this week is Robyn Gollifer, a documentary TV researcher at Firecracker Films. In this episode, we talk about an incident with her friends at uni, 'fight admin' and spies...
