This is conversation that I feel privileged to have recorded because I know that this will change the way you relate to your goals in a big way. My special guest is Sasha, Founder of the World's Greatest Card Shop, Cheeky Zebra and we talk about the courage it takes to dream big and what it means to fail your way there. This conversation is a masterclass in failure, triumph, highs and lows. We talk about the challenges we've faced and why our failures inspire us to believe even harder. A key conversation that you'll want to share with everyone you know.

Who said leaving your comfort zone should be comfortable? You know what it's like. You set a big, audacious 90-day goal. You try something that you've never done before and your brain starts freaking out. You feel afraid and filled with anxiety. But what if all that negative emotion actually meant you were on the right path? What if your negative emotions were actually a sign of courage and bravery rather than of weakness? Today on the show I share my brutally honest experience of hosting a talk with Adidas as part of their launch of the UK's most comprehensive range of sports bras. You'll walk away feeling ready to take on a new challenge and to stretch what you believe is possible to achieve in your 90-Day Journey
Big thanks to the Adidas London and the All Bright team as none of this would have been possible without their belief in me and the power of mindset

"Your future self is not that far. She's closer than you think" I might need to get this quote from Tasha Dobie tattooed to my face. Listening back to her talk about her goal, has lit me up this week and it'll inspire you too. A website and branding designer and Stuck to UnStoppable grad, Tasha share the thoughts and limiting beliefs around money that held her back and kept her swimming in the river of misery. Now at her point B she celebrates the highs and lows of her 90-day journey

When you set a goal. Any goal. Doesn't matter what that goal is - if you're dreaming big enough your brain will come up with all the obstacles and reasons why you can't achieve it. Note, those obstacles will originate in your mind. One of the biggest blocks creatives face is worthiness "Am I good enough to do this?" and the classic, "Who am I to deserve this?"
In this weeks episode, I talk to Stuck to Unstoppable grad Jade Montgomery about her experience in setting and achieving her 90-day goal of making $10,000 in 90-days as a new business owner. We dive deep into the simple mindset shifts that changed the game for her, as well as celebrating all the wins she's had since the coaching program.

Wow. Talk about a vulnerability hangover. This week on the show I'm joined by Ian Hynes, my ex-boyfriend of 4 years. In this episode, Ian shares what it was like to be in a relationship with me as a built my business before it was cool, successful or fun. You'll hear him share his doubts and frustrations from the early days when I had just started my business and decided to be a coach. If you're struggling to believe in yourself and your dreams AND you have someone in your life who doesn't quite believe in them either (though they love you dearly) this episode is for you.
You can check Ian out a @brewsplantbits on Instagram and you can follow me over @kirathebold
If you loved this episode please share it to your stories, tag both Ian and I, as we'd love to hear from you!

There's nothing wrong with having a launch that sells out in a few minutes. Except for when you use the fact that your launch hasn't sold out against yourself. You might be seeing other business owners online sell out their launches and be using that as a reason to say your business isn't good enough. It's not true. In this episode, I make a case for why a launch that takes 5 days to sell through is just as much something to be proud of as one that took 5 minutes.
In this episode, I speak about having the belief and confidence to carry yourself through the whole launch experience - even when it feels like things aren't working. If you struggle with this, if you're often bogged down with your negative thoughts and find your spending waaaay to much time feeling like a failure then it's time to join Stuck to Unstoppable. It's my 1:1 program where you'll learn how to achieve your goal in 90-days. It's nothing like anything you've tried before. It's the answer your future self has been begging you to discover.
