Theresa Hubbard is a therapist, group practice owner, mother, and life learner. Theresa talks about her journey of getting to know herself and growing from mistakes. She emphasizes the importance of doing self-growth work as therapists as we can only take our clients as far as we are willing to go. Theresa believes that if she does not do her own work, she would do more harm than good to her clients. She also acknowledges that human beings are complex and that she does not have all the answers to the struggles of life. Theresa urges us to release ourselves from "we should know everything."

Alex is a therapist, a husband, and a man who understands the importance of accepting people as they are rather than attempting to fix them.
