This month we played Resident Evil 5 so that Devan could practice playing survival horror games without being too scared.
This month we played House Flipper, Surgeon Simulator 2, PowerWash Simulator, Farming Simulator 22, Lawn Mowing Simulator, Cooking Simulator, Train Sim World 2, and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Some we loved and some, not so much.
This month we played some coop Outriders and compared it to other looter shooters that we liked better (Destiny, Borderlands, Diablo, and The Division)
This month we played Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms by Codename Entertainment, Clicker Heroes by Playsaurus, and Cookie Clicker by Orteil. You don’t so much play these games as monitor them and let them play themselves. Occasional check ins and upgrades are really all that these games ask of you. These games will continue to progress while you tend to your own real life problems.
This month we're talking Undertale, developed by Toby Fox and published by 8-4, Ltd. This much loved turn based RPG is very unique to say the least. It will make you laugh, cry and more often than not leave you scratching your head.
This month we’re back to finish our list of favorite games, we start in the early 2000's and manage to get to the present. All wrapped up in a tidy 75 minute episode!
This month we got a bit off track and didn’t have time to finish Undertale, but we will be back to talk about it next month. Instead, we’re taking some time off from gaming to talk about our favorite games of all time...well, all our time anyway.
This month I played the Hitman Trilogy, developed and published by IO Interactive. This was recommended by TheDungyMastaJD in Discord. In this game you play as Agent 47, master of disguise, sneaking and killing.
The Horizon line of Forza games began in 2012 which was the first open world game in the series. These 5 games take place in large open worlds based on real-life locations. Forza Horizon 5 being set in the beautiful Mexico. You are free to explore the environment, enter races solo or with other players and complete objectives at your leisure.
This month we played the much beloved pixelated work of art by ConcernedApe. To say this was a farming simulator would be over simplifying. While the game is centered around your character inheriting a farm and having a go at it, there are so many more aspects to this beautiful 2D game.
