This episode is for the woman who immediately wants to burn everything down the second things feel slow, uncertain, or “not successful enough.”
Because same.
This week, I almost rebranded my entire brand. New name. New direction. New everything. I convinced myself maybe sobriety was too niched down, maybe I had boxed myself in, or maybe I was talking into a void.
But after stepping away for Sabbath and getting honest about what was actually happening underneath the spiral, I realized something important:
I was not misaligned, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and looking for external proof that what I am building matters.
We talk about comparison, identity, niche pressure, sobriety, faith, motherhood, building something online while your life is still messy, and what happens when you stop trying to become a completely different person and finally remember why you started.
This one feels less like a podcast episode and more like a conversation with a friend who is figuring it out in real time too.
