Shaun Blackwell is an incredible songwriter and performer. I was lucky enough to create a hardcore band back in the day with him called Upheld. His main music project now is Hemi Hemingway, look him up, listen to his music and be impressed. He's a legend and a great friend and I loved this chat we had about how life has been for him for the last 20 years. Don't even really know if it's a convo that'll make sense to people that don't know us, so for everyone that DOES, enjoy!

The Instagram algorithm knows me too well and a while ago it basically went "Hey Cam, you emotional man. We know you consume a bunch of self care and therapy content, here's some from a Heartbreak Coach named Wendy!" and as always, the Instagram algorithm knew best. Wendy's a Heartbreak and Divorce Coach and is super switched on about how to heal and move on from tough things you've been through. You'll love it. Unless you're old school and still trying to impress your grandad by burying your emotions, and yelling at sport on the tv - then you might flick past it.
