Between the election shenanigans, getting back into the rhythm of work and a covid scare, I ran myself into a corner yesterday.  But thank goodness for the good habits and thoughtful boundaries I've set up in the past that ground me.  This episode I wanted to share with you some of the tips and tricks I employ to keep my mental and physical health as sturdy and protected as possible!
