Chinese regulators responded by restricting domestic companies' access to those same chips. In other words "thanks but no thanks." IBM this morning announced they are acquiring data streaming platform Confluent for $11B in cash to add to it's suite of AI business software offerings. Well, it looks like Warner Brothers is getting passed around again. This time it's Netflix buying them in a deal valuing that company at ~$82B, placing it among the largest media mergers in history. ADP Private Payrolls showed that the US economy lost 32 thousand private sector jobs in November. The price of silver is continuing it's rip your face off rally that began Friday with the suspicious 'cooling issue' at a CME data center, with prices on the Comex touching $58 per ounce this morning. The price of silver broke out to a new all time high today and just like clockwork, The CME Group suffered a "cooling issue" at one of their datacenters that took down the entire futures market just as this happened.
