Amador tells the story of his success in commercial real estate in Louisville and now, the state of Montana. Tyler Smith shares his story and passion for restoring historic buildings and his pursuits in commercial real estate through his company CORE Real Estate Partners. John tells the story of the restoration of his house and gives amazing advice on the things to keep in mind when pursuing historic restoration tax credits. Tyler warns about the fact that historic tax credits are coming to an end in the coming years. Tyler shares the need for Downtown Louisville to invest in housing and basic amenities as his company plans to expand on the West side of Louisville. Chiquita is widely known as the “Queen of Real Estate” in Louisville and has helped countless African-American women begin their journey in real estate investment. Kisha Lindsay shares the story of buying her first house and later turning it into her first rental. Since then, she has developed into one of the most effective real estate investors in Louisville.
