Andrew has been doing some research over the past week and has found the longest distances teams have to travel from step 1-4

We then move onto the news discussing a distasteful tweet from @refsupportuk, an abandoned game between Lydd Town & Fisher FC, a bad week for the shields with statements coming out of both North & South Shields & a 12 and half year ban for a Stratford Town player.

We are back after taking an unexpected week off, we start as always with our match reports. Ben reports on Lye Town V AFC Rushden & Diamonds whilst Andrew visited his local Club Hitchin Town as they took on Leiston.
